SCAD MOA I Contextual Research
An ethnographic study where the main objective was taking an in depth look into the SCAD Museum of Art and discovering the potential to enhance the museum experience.
Preliminary research included using four design methods:Innovation sourcebook, SWOT analysis, Innovation evolution map and Expert trends interview. These modes were gathered to get background information of the existing museum culture.
